(For the record we opened Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water's first UV treatment works and did the same for Wessex water's first Microlfiltration Sewage Treatment works.
The section on how the "left" has been addicted to online petitions etc as a way of shouting but without actual delivery of change was particularly poignant.
